Project List

We are currently installing a 100 watt generator to service the clubhouse and parking area as well as the pool in the event of a power failure .

We are in the process of painting a number of areas in the clubhouse, such as the office, conference room, hall, card room, poker room, bathrooms, kitchen and patio room.

We have replaced and/or cleaned the carpets in the office, conference room, billiard room and card room. We have replaced the verticals at the entryway.

 

 

Bathroom floors have been cleaned, bulletin boards are being replaced, Replacement of lighting fixtures is continuing throughout clubhouse and pool area. 

We have installed 6 cameras around the clubhouse and added additional security lighting on the pool deck and sides of  the building.
